Initial Consultation &
Preliminary Estimate

We'll begin with a complimentary phone consultation to learn about your vision, needs, and preferences.
We'll also schedule a venue tour to better understand your space and overall aesthetic. After the consultation, we'll provide you with an estimated cost for your event based on your vision and requested services. If you agree with the proposed budget, we'll move forward.

Initial Deposit & Contract
Signing

To continue the planning process, an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. This allows us to prepare your customized package details and formal invoice. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll provide a formal contract for review and signature to secure your date and services.

Package Details

Once the deposit is received, you'll be sent a detailed breakdown of your package and a formal quote. We'll then schedule another consultation to review everything together and make adjustments if needed.
We will arrange a payment plan to cover the remaining balance for your wedding.

Final Payment & Wedding Review

Any remaining balance is required to be paid in full 30 days before your wedding date.
After your final payment, we'll have one last consultation to confirm all last-minute details including logistics, vendor coordination, and decor setup. Ensuring your day unfolds seamlessly.
